While newborn nannies and newborn care specialists primarily focus on infant care, a postpartum doula also supports and guides parents to adjust to life with a new baby. which includes guidance on newborn care, feeding support, emotional support, and helping families blossom during the postpartum period.

Along with baby care, I can assist with light household tasks such as laundry, dishes, meal preparation, organization, tidying, and more! My goal is to help ease the daily workload so parents can spend more time resting, recovering, and bonding with their baby.
